Check this out.  A 10-year old boy in Arkansas refused to say the pledge of allegiance in school because the pledge says… with liberty and justice for all, and he reasoned the United States doesn’t ensure liberty & justice for LGBT people! Â
The substitute teacher pressed him to stand up and say the pledge but he refused. Â
Do we need to change the pledge of allegiance to say with liberty and justice for all, except for LGBT people?  At least that would be honest.
